Healthy, sustainable weight loss is not about calories in vs. calories out. Plenty of programs have tried that approach and don't provide lasting results. We focus on fighting inflammation and toxicities. Research agrees these are the most common ROOT CAUSES to pretty much every chronic health condition.

By choosing the right foods, eating proper portions, supporting your body with nutritional drops and doing a gentle cellular cleanse, we focus on rebuilding you from the inside out. The key to a healthy metabolism is to allow cells to "hear" hormones that your body naturally produces, which directs and regulates your metabolism.

Do I have to come in to the office for weekly weight checks?

No. We have developed a platform that allows you to successfully complete the program from the comfort of your home. Our coaches are available to you via phone or internet to support and guide you through the program designed to you. There is a private Facebook group for support from your peers who have done or are currently in the program.

There are additions that can be added to the program that would require in office visits (such as the 1:1 office visits with Dr. Welch). Those are usually 1 visit every other week during your program.

If you would like to come in to the office for accountability during your program, we can accommodate that as well.

Do I have to track my food or send in pictures of what I eat?

We do not require you to track your food unless we are really stumped at why you are struggling. To date, we have yet to ask someone to send us meal pictures. As long as you are following the guidelines, we can usually get stubborn plateaus back on track.

Can I drink alcohol while on the program?

There is no real weight loss program that is going to say yes to alcohol. All alcohol converts to sugar quickly and is inflammatory.

If you are of age and decide to consume alcohol, please realize that this will slow down your metabolism and therefore your results for 2-3 days afterward. If you are OK with getting less results than you could have gained during your program, we will try to help you as much as we can, but your results will be slower.

Will I be able to eat out and socialize?

Absolutely! You will want to plan ahead a bit to see what the menu options are, but most restaurants have a protein (fish, chicken, steak, etc.) and vegetable side option or a salad. We want you to learn lasting habits that carry forward with you beyond your 9 week weight loss program.

Do you prescribe medications or use HCG?

No, our weight loss system is all natural. There are some vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and small doses of some herbs in our nutritional support, but there are no hormones, no HCG, and no medical stimulants like phentermine or other "speed" to artificially boost your metabolism. Most that we have worked with that have tried those other approaches found that, while they may have gotten weight off with those in the past, there was no support in keeping it off (without keeping on those products).

The Winning with Weight Loss method is about empowering you to use the right foods, right portions, right mindset to get yourself in the best condition and weight you can be!

I am vegan or vegetarian - can you help me?

Yes, we can help you, but we will have to be a bit creative with your protein choices, as likely some of what you have been used to eating is inflammatory for you, otherwise you would most likely not be looking for help losing weight. Testing will be KEY to guiding your food choices, which is one of the key "bases" to our Home Run formula.

Does it matter how old I am?

As long as you are 16 or over, there is no age limitation to getting healthy!

If the person seeking our help is under age 16, we will likely suggest food testing to evaluate inflammatory foods and give basic recommendations.

I take several medications - is this safe for me?

There are no known interactions with the nutritional products that we use and any medications. We encourage you to take them 1 hour or more apart just to ensure this as well. We have had clients with many conditions and medications have no issues with the program. Again, as the root cause for most chronic conditions is from some form of inflammation and/or toxins, reducing those in the body has systemic effects and can eventually help reduce or even eliminate the need for some medications as you get healthier. (Never go off medications without the help from your doctor or pharmacist).

The only exception is that we do not accept those being treated for cancer due to the detox nature of the program possibly altering the effects of chemotherapy.

Does my insurance cover your program?

Insurances typically only cover medications or surgery, not whole-foods, natural weight loss programs. If you have an HSA or Flex Spending Account, please check with your benefits coordinator, as sometimes those will work for the program, with requirements varying.

How much is the program?

Our recommendations vary considerably based on your INDIVIDUAL health journey and health goals. We recommend a base level of testing for all clients, but offer additional testing and wellness opportunities. That is why we do offer a RISK FREE, no pressure consultation with a member of the coaching team to meet you, review your health goals, and see if what we do is the best fit for YOU.

Health is your GREATEST asset, and many clients have stated that the savings they see from making better eating choices and/or being able to come off of some medications (with the help of their prescribing doctor) or keep up with their kids or grandkids as they get healthier more than makes up for their program fee.

We do not accept everyone into the full program if we feel it is not going to be a good fit for you in the long run. If accepted, we offer guaranteed financing (as long as you have stable income) if needed to help make even our most comprehensive recommendations affordable for most budgets.
